Our Story
Sweet Letter Press began in Brooklyn, NY when graphic designer Elizabeth Eastman and artist/illustrator Matthew Winheld decided to design their own wedding invitation. After several detailed prototypes, hundreds of dollars spent in hand-made paper, and many grueling August days of assembly, that first invitation was made and Sweet Letter Press was born.
Now based in Boulder Colorado, Sweet Letter Press offers a full line of paper products – invitations, announcements, greetings, notes, and handmade books – with themes ranging from elegant to irreverent. We are committed to using high quality, environmental responsible materials. Our products combine modern design sensibilities with traditional letterpress printing. The result is fresh and tactile, and each run is unique.
