Privacy
All personal information and credit card information is received and processed through a secure encryption service to protect you. Sensitive information is transmitted in this way only, and directly to our bank. Credit card information is not stored. All of the information submitted by our customers is used exclusively by our business for your transaction; we do not sell, trade, or exchange any customer information with any other companies. We do keep name, address, and email on file in our customer database to notify customers of sales, new products,and events. We contract with other companies to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include delivering orders and processing credit card payments.They have access to address information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.We do not transmit secure information via email; we reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. 
 
Shipping
All products will have shipping and handling charges added. Shipping charges are based on weight, size of package and destination zip code. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We only ship within the continental United States at this time. In stock items will ship via UPS ground within 1-3 business days, unless expedited shipping is arranged. This estimate does not include custom orders. We will notify you within two business days if items are out of stock, back ordered or discontinued. Tracking numbers will be available when products are shipped. Please inspect all shipments upon receipt and notify SWEET immediately if an item is damaged. Returns and Exchanges
We will make every effort to help make your SWEET online shopping experience a pleasurable one. We accept returns for online sales – request must be made within 7 days of delivery. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number to be processed. Please contact us at 720-379-3232 to receive your RA number. All returned items must be received in new, unused, unopened condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable – only product cost will be refunded. Refunds will be made promptly, within 3 business days of receipt of return. Credit will be applied via original method of payment. You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped at no charge (we usually ship within 1-3 days of receipt of order).
 
The following items are NOT RETURNABLE:
- custom printed items (including invitations, stationery, business cards etc)
- sale items
